1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the PS99 Tracker Discord bot and this website (together, the “Service”). PS99 Tracker is an independent community project and is not affiliated with Discord, Roblox Corporation, or BIG Games.
2. Information the Service may process
PS99 Tracker processes only information needed to operate the features that users and server administrators choose to use. Depending on those features, this may include:
- Discord server information: Discord server IDs, channel IDs, configured clan tags, setup ownership/configuration values, and enabled tracking settings.
- Discord user information: Discord user IDs used for account linking, setup ownership, command state, and hatching subscriptions.
- Linked Roblox accounts: Roblox user IDs and Roblox usernames connected through
/link. - Temporary verification data: a randomly generated Roblox verification phrase, the Roblox account being verified, and creation/expiration timestamps while a link request is pending.
- Public game data: public Pet Simulator 99 clan/member information, Clan War data, League data, item RAP/exist information, and public inventory-related data needed for enabled features.
- Tracking/history data: clan and member snapshots, detected join/leave/donation/rank events, Clan War points, activity timestamps, historical snapshots, and delivery errors used to prevent duplicates and provide history.
- Hatching tracking data: subscriptions and hatching inventory baselines for Huge, Titanic, and Gargantuan change detection, including pet names, variants, counts, RAP values, and update timestamps.
- Website/network logs: the hosting provider or network infrastructure may process standard technical connection logs, which can include IP address, user agent, request time, and similar diagnostic information.
3. Discord messages
PS99 Tracker does not use the Discord Message Content intent and does not monitor ordinary Discord chat messages. The bot processes interactions that users intentionally send to it, such as slash commands, buttons, and selected command options.
4. How information is used
Information is used to provide configured bot features, link Roblox accounts, detect tracking changes, send server notifications, prevent duplicate events, maintain requested statistics/history, diagnose delivery failures, and protect the stability of the Service.
5. Third-party services
PS99 Tracker relies on Discord to operate the bot and may communicate with Roblox, BIG Games, and public Pet Simulator 99 endpoints to retrieve information required for requested features. The hosting provider also processes data as infrastructure necessary to operate the Service. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.
6. Website cookies and analytics
This website does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. It does not provide user accounts or website login functionality.
7. Retention
Configuration, linked-account, tracking, and history data may be retained while it is needed to operate enabled features or provide history. PS99 Tracker currently has no fixed retention period for all operational/history records, so some records may remain until they are manually removed or are no longer needed for the Service.
8. Removing or requesting deletion of data
Running /unlink removes the Discord-to-Roblox account link for that Discord user and removes that user’s hatching subscriptions. Server administrators can remove or reset server tracking configuration through the bot’s setup controls. For a broader deletion request, contact PS99 Tracker through the options listed on the Support page. Include enough information to identify the Discord account or server involved, but never send passwords, tokens, or other credentials.
9. Accuracy of external data
Game, clan, player, item, inventory, Clan War, and League information can come from third-party or public endpoints. PS99 Tracker cannot guarantee that this information is complete, perfectly accurate, or real-time.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the Service, its data practices, or applicable platform requirements change. The “Last updated” date on this page identifies the current version.
