Set up PS99 Tracker without the clutter.
Configure your clan first, then enable only the channels and automation your server actually wants.
Use the right Discord permissions.
Administrators can configure the full /setup panel. Members with Manage Server can configure only Recruitment Requirements and the Public Clan Listing.
For normal text channels it needs View Channel, Send Messages and Embed Links. Features that post images also need Attach Files.
The setup panel is private to the person who opened it. Another staff member should run /setup themselves if they need to make changes.
Add PS99 Tracker to your server.
- Click Add PS99 Tracker.
- Select the Discord server you want to configure.
- Authorize the bot and confirm that the PS99 Tracker role appears.
- Make sure the bot can access every private channel you plan to select later.
Set Clan 1 and optionally Clan 2.
- Run
/setup. - Open Clan 1 (Main), then Clan.
- Choose Set / Change Clan and enter your PS99 clan tag.
- If your Discord tracks a second clan, repeat the same process under Clan 2 (Secondary).
Commands that use your configured clan will use Clan 1 unless you explicitly choose another clan.
Choose the tracking channels you want.
Each clan slot has its own tracking settings. You do not need to enable every feature.
Give the PS99 Tracker role access to the selected channel instead of giving the bot Administrator.
Enable Automatic Clan Race Updates.
- Select the Discord channel for the updates.
- Choose an interval: 5, 10, 30 or 60 minutes.
- Click Enable Updates.
While a Clan Battle is active, PS99 Tracker posts your rank, points, gap to the clan above and lead over the clan below. No updates are posted when there is no active Clan Battle.
Create a Live Activity Dashboard.
- Select the channel for the dashboard.
- Choose a refresh interval: 5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes.
- Click Enable Dashboard.
The bot creates one dashboard message and keeps editing it with who is playing PS99, in another game, online, offline or inactive for 24h / 48h / 72h+.
The Activity Dashboard checks Roblox presence for the clan roster directly. You can also run /activity for a manual snapshot.
Set your Recruitment Requirements.
Choose only the requirements your clan actually uses:
Use /requirements check to check a Roblox username or linked Discord user. The result also includes quick buttons for the player's CW History and Gamepasses.
Optionally publish your clan in /clanlist.
- Configure Recruitment Requirements first.
- Add your clan Discord invite and an optional short description.
- Set recruitment to Open or Closed.
- Enable Public Listing.
Your clan now appears globally in /clanlist. The listing always reads the clan's current requirements, so there is no second copy to maintain.
If a player is not linked, the Check if you qualify button simply asks for their Roblox username.
Run giveaways with built-in invite requirements.
- Give PS99 Tracker Manage Server permission so it can compare Discord invite uses.
- Enable the Server Members Intent for the bot in the Discord Developer Portal.
- Run
/giveaway create, choose the channel, prize, winners and duration. - Configure any combination of Invite, Discord, Roblox / PS99, Clan and Giveaway History requirements.
- Optionally give entrants extra entries for every valid invite, with an optional maximum invite-entry bonus.
- Choose whether entrants must meet all requirements or only X of Y, then start the giveaway.
Use /invites and /inviteleaderboard to view invite stats. Invite requirements can count only members first invited after the giveaway started, preventing old lifetime invites from satisfying a growth giveaway.
Use Hatching Tracker and account linking only where needed.
/setup. Players then use /hatching track to opt in.Commands that accept a Roblox username, Activity Dashboard, Recruitment checks through /clanlist and most clan tracking do not require everyone to link. Submitting a clan application does require a verified /link.
