1. Acceptance
By using PS99 Tracker, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Permission to use the Service
You must comply with the rules and age requirements of the platforms you use with PS99 Tracker. If you add or configure the bot for a Discord server, you confirm that you are authorized to add or configure applications for that server.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use PS99 Tracker for unlawful activity, harassment, abuse, disruption, or attempts to damage the Service. You may not intentionally overload the Service, evade rate limits or platform restrictions, attempt to obtain bot credentials/secrets, interfere with other servers, or use automated access in a way that harms availability.
4. Third-party platforms and data
PS99 Tracker depends on services and information provided by Discord, Roblox Corporation, BIG Games, and public Pet Simulator 99 endpoints. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and policies. PS99 Tracker does not control those third parties.
5. Availability and accuracy
The Service and third-party data may occasionally be unavailable, rate-limited, delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Clan rankings, player statistics, item values, inventory changes, League results, and Clan War data should not be treated as guaranteed or authoritative records.
6. Changes to the Service
Features, commands, tracking behavior, supported data sources, and website content may change over time. Parts of the Service may be suspended or discontinued when required for maintenance, security, platform compliance, technical limitations, or abuse prevention.
7. Suspension and abuse prevention
Access may be limited or blocked when use creates security/stability risks, violates these Terms, violates applicable platform rules, or is reasonably believed to be abusive.
8. Service provided as available
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PS99 Tracker is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, continued feature availability, or error-free external data.
9. Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PS99 Tracker is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on delayed/inaccurate third-party information, platform outages, unavailable APIs, Discord permission/configuration changes, or use of the Service contrary to these Terms.

11. Affiliation
PS99 Tracker is an independent community project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Discord, Roblox Corporation, or BIG Games.
